Here is a list of scholarships athletes and coaches can apply for to assist in their post-secondary academics and sport.
Sport Manitoba
Coaching Bursaries
Four $500 bursaries are annually awarded to students who have demonstrated a commitment to coaching in Manitoba. Our goal is to encourage students to continue coaching while attending a post-secondary institution. The bursaries are to be used towards the recipient’s tuition.
Manitoba Foundation for Sports Scholarship
The Manitoba Foundation for Sports scholarship program administrated by Sport Manitoba was established in 1992 to support young athletes of Sport Manitoba partners, who continue to participate in amateur sport while pursuing a post-secondary education on a full-time basis. The Foundation has since awarded 2000 scholarships totaling $853,917. Scholarships are awarded to graduating high school students entering a post-secondary institution and to students in their second or subsequent year in a post-secondary institution.
Royal Princess Pan Am Scholarship
The Princess Royal Pan Am Scholarship endowment fund has been established to provide financial support for Manitoba’s high performance athletes. In addition to supporting athletes in training the scholarship will serve as a tribute to commemorate the Manitoba visit of Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal in 1999. The Princess Royal Pan Am Scholarship will award two (2) scholarships per year valued up to $3,000 each. The scholarships will be awarded to two high performance athlete's enrolled in a post-secondary institution in Manitoba.

Manitoba Indigenous Sport Awards
Every year, the Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council selects one male and one female athlete, coach, and volunteer to recognize for their dedication and accomplishments in sports and recreation.
